Dick Pink and the Lebanese Salads were a party band from mid-1980's through to the early 1990's. They usually performed as a seven piece featuring vocals, harmonica, two guitars, keyboards, bass and drums and sometimes with guest saxophonist. The band saw 10-15 members over its lifetime, they never quite made it to the gig guide, but performed at a few parties in pubs.

They mostly performed up-tempo, lesser known blues tracks covering the music of bands like Fabulous Thunderbirds, early Rolling Stones and Chuck Berry.
