Magic Bearded Chicken Subverts The System will be the eighth official release by The Cortex Shift and is due for release on June 10th, 2022. It was recorded in mid-March 2022, and will be the second release by the band to be recorded at Depict Studios following 2021's Eat The Rich And Steal Their Spaceships. It will also be the first release by The Cortex Shift to feature their new pianist, Ciara Ferguson.
