Adelaide Music Wiki

Nozmo King was formed in 1967 in Adelaide, South Australia. The band was formed by Mike McCabe after the English invasion. The group was moderately successful but only lasted for a short three years.

The name of the band was inspired by frequent advertisements and signs for 'No Smoking'. The band played music by The Beatles, The Hollies and mainly the popular contemporary songs of the day. Unfortunately the group disbanded in 1970.
