Southpaw was an Adelaide based rock 'n' roll band, inspired by Bruce Springsteen, John Mellencamp, and The Black Crowes.
History[]
In 1996 a rowdy jam took place above a shop in downtown Adelaide. Jad Green, shop owner and drummer in popular rockabilly band The Satellites, and Justin Garner, guitarist and acclaimed song writer in Nikka Costa's band, first got together.
Five years later Jad & Justin's paths crossed again and Southpaw was formed, with Bill Rankine from The Streamliners on guitar and Paul Fragomeli on bass.
