The Daily Chase formed in 2014 in the country town of Port Pirie South Australia.
Biography[]
After playing six months of Adelaide gigs in 2014 the band secured a main support spot for ‘Feed her to the Sharks’. The same month, TDC went into the recording studio to record their Foundations EP which debut at number four on the iTunes Metal charts.
With the release of the EP in 2015, TDC then released the video clip for their song ‘Doom Rider’. They went on to support Aus Metalcore giants ‘Confession’ in their biggest Adelaide show to date. The band was then picked in the top ten by The Amity Affliction's Joel Birch for the Afends Fast n’ Loud national competition and came runner up.
In 2016 the band undertook two Australian East Coast tours and had their first international support act with 'Escape The Fate'. TDC travelled around SA, NSW and VIC on their Foundations EP Tour playing Seven shows including three capital cities. They also supported Make Them Suffer at Fowlers Adelaide and In Ashes on the Gold Coast, Queensland.
